The operational manager's journey
Simplified reception: The standard manager receives CVs directly by email.
Constraint-free access: By clicking on the link [avismanager] contained in the email, they access their validation space without needing a JobAffinity username or password.
Complete consultation: They can consult all of the candidate's documents (CV, cover letter, etc.).
Decision making: The manager gives their opinion on the application, can add a detailed comment, and even has the possibility to place the profile in a talent pool.
Benefits for the recruiter
Automatic update: Application stages are instantly updated based on the manager's response.
Centralized tracking: You can track the progress of feedback directly within your job postings or via a global view per manager in the "Validation" menu.
