One-Click Rejection: Optimizing Candidate Feedback

To boost your productivity, JobAffinity allows you to decline an application while providing the candidate with personalized and instantaneous feedback.

Preliminary Step: Administrator Activation

Before using this feature, ensure that the One-Click Rejection option is configured.

  • This must be done by an administrator in the Admin > One-Click Rejection (Rejet en 1 clic) section.

  • The settings allow you to define which email template will be sent automatically and set the sending delay.

How to reject an application?

Once configured, you have two ways to reject a profile:

From the CV Preview: While viewing a CV, simply click the "Reject" (Rejeter) button located at the top left of the CV.

From the Candidate File: Go to the "Progress" (Progression) block (located on the right side of the file) and click the red "Reject" button.

Using automated rejection ensures every candidate receives a response, strengthening your employer brand without increasing your workload.

Recommendation: We suggest setting a delay between 48 hours and 7 days before the refusal email is sent to maintain a qualitative candidate experience.
