How to use the filters on the Candidates page?

Updated over 2 months ago

The Candidates page in JobAffinity offers a powerful search engine to perform precise searches in your CV library. You can combine several criteria to refine your results with precision.

👤 Candidate Information

  • Identity: Filter by Last name, First name, Email, or Phone to find a specific candidate file.

  • Keywords: Perform a text search across all candidate data (skills, diplomas, etc.).

  • Location: Use the City or zip code field and adjust the Distance slider to target candidates within a specific geographical radius (e.g., 40 km).

  • Experience: Specify an experience duration range using the Min and Max fields.

  • Professional background: Filter by Position held or by current/past Company to target profiles from specific sectors.

  • Talent pools: If you use candidate pools, select them to filter the candidates attached to them.

💼 Filters related to Jobs and Organizations

  • Organization: If your account has multiple entities, you can filter by organization.

  • Job Title and Reference: Find all candidates who applied for a specific offer by entering its title or internal reference.

⚙️ Filters on Process and Tracking

  • Recruitment stage: Filter candidates according to their progress (e.g., only see candidates at the "Interview" stage).

  • Stage user: Target files followed by a specific recruiter or operational manager.

  • Exclusion: Conversely, you can choose to exclude a stage to hide candidates who have already been rejected or already hired.

📈 Origin and Qualification

  • Source: Identify candidates coming from a specific source (LinkedIn, Indeed, Spontaneous application, etc.).

  • LinkedIn profile only: Check this option to isolate candidates whose profiles were retrieved via LinkedIn.

  • Questionnaire: Filter candidates based on their answers to your questionnaires.

You can combine filters (e.g., a keyword "Java" + a city + a "New" stage) to create highly targeted processing lists and increase productivity!
