🔍 What is a questionnaire in JobAffinity?

A questionnaire is a tool integrated into JobAffinity that allows you to evaluate candidates at different stages of recruitment. It can be used to:

  • Automatically pre-qualify applications,

  • Structure interviews using personalized guides,

  • Score answers to identify the most suitable profiles.

Questionnaires have several objectives:

  • Objectively evaluate candidate responses.

  • Qualify applications as soon as the CV is received.

  • Structure interviews by preparing a question guide.

  • Compare profiles fairly, based on defined criteria.

A questionnaire can be:

  • Attached to a job offer: each candidate who applies fills out the questionnaire automatically. The recruiter then obtains a score associated with each answer.

  • Added manually to a candidate file: as part of a screening process after receiving applications, to qualify certain selected profiles.

  • Sent individually as part of an interview guide.

What types of questionnaires are available?

  • Pre-qualification questionnaire: used beforehand to automatically filter applications.

  • Interview questionnaire: used during or just before an exchange to structure the discussion and standardize evaluation criteria.
