How to manage your candidate's answers ?

Updated over 2 months ago

To track the progress of applications, you must move candidates from one stage to another. This information is shared among all users and allows you to benefit from:

  • Detailed tracking: Monitor the status of each application by date, recruiter, and reason for movement.

  • Quick overview: See the status of each job in the job list via the "New" (Start), "In Progress", and "Hired/Closed" (End) columns. Well-managed jobs should have almost no applications remaining in the "New" column.

  • Advanced searches: Find candidates based on their current or past stages—for example, to quickly locate a candidate you have already interviewed.

  • Accurate reporting: Ensure your analytics and reports are correctly populated.

Color Markers (Dots)

Color markers are specific to each user. They act like a "shopping basket" and are designed to manage short-term candidate selections for bulk actions.

These markers allow you to keep a selection of candidates for a few hours. This way, you won't lose your selection if you are interrupted by an interview or a phone call. You can then use the "Filter" by marker function and "Select All" to move an entire group of candidates to a new stage in a single operation.

Unread Applications

Please note that the bold appearance of unread applications is also specific to each user.
