How to find a job in JobAffinity from my website or a job board ?

To find an ad that you have already published, you can follow these steps:

  1. Locate the ad on your website or a job board (Indeed, Apec, etc.) and click on the "Apply" (Je Postule) button.

  2. Copy the URL of the application form from your browser.

  3. Log in to your JobAffinity account and go to the Jobs > All Jobs page.

  4. Open the Filters (on the right side of your screen), paste the form URL into the "Title" (Titre) field, and click "FILTER".

Note: Optimal Search Settings

To ensure the best results, make sure your filters are configured as follows:

  • Assigned User: All users

  • Contract Type: All contracts

  • Status: All

  • Automated Posting: All jobs
