For your very first publication on Indeed via JobAffinity, you must contact the job board directly to request authorization. This allows your ads to clear their initial "customs" (verification) process.

Why is my ad not appearing?
If your ad is still not live after the initial contact, it is likely blocked by their moderation policy due to one of the following reasons:
No Company Account: You haven't created a formal employer account on Indeed.
Excessive Information in the Title: For example, including an internal job reference number in the title field.
Non-compliant Titles: Job titles that are too long or use "clickbait" language.
Missing Location: The city where the job is based is not specified.
Gendered Language: Using "Assistante" instead of the gender-neutral "Assistant(e)" or "Assistant M/F".
Formatting Issues: Using ALL CAPS in the title.
Missing Job Reference: The mandatory reference field is empty.
Processing Time: It generally takes 24 to 48 hours for ads to be processed and displayed.
Expired Ads: Postings older than 90 days are automatically removed.
Duplicates: The ad is already published via another source.
