How to duplicate a Job?

To duplicate a Job, go to your Jobs list.

  • Identify the job to duplicate (you can use the "Filter" button to search by job title).

  • Click on the job you wish to duplicate.

  • Go to the Description sub-menu and click on "Duplicate".

  • Make the desired changes to the new Job (organization, contract type, location, etc.).

  • Click on "Create".

Pro tip: To save even more time and avoid duplicating jobs repeatedly, you can also choose to create Job Templates.
