You can start a discussion thread to exchange ideas, ask questions, or share information about an application with team members who have a JobAffinity account.
Once you are on the candidate file:
Open the Discussion block.
Type your message, and use @ to notify one or more of your colleagues.
Click Send.
Important Notes:
Notifications: Only recruiters associated with the job posting can be notified.
Discussion vs. Note: Unlike a "Note," which relates to the candidate, a "Discussion" relates specifically to the application. Therefore, each individual application has its own dedicated discussion thread.
Updates: In this version, replies to discussions are updated when the page is loaded.
Customization: You can choose your display preferences for this block in the "My Account" menu.
