You can search for candidates based on the answers they provided in their application questionnaires. To do this, go to the "Candidates" menu, click on "Filter" (Filtrer), and use the "Questionnaire" field at the bottom of the search engine.
The search uses natural language: simply type a word from the question and a word from the answer on the same line.Example: If you type "English bilingual," the system will search through all questions containing "English" for answers that contain "bilingual."
As soon as you fill in the questionnaire field, a new field will appear below it, allowing you to perform searches across multiple questions.
