What happens when a candidate renews their application?
When a candidate renews an application that had already reached a final stage, it is automatically moved back to the renewal stage defined in your process.
How to change the default renewal stage?
To customize the stage where a candidate is placed upon renewal (for example, "New"), follow these steps:
Access the Admin > Process (Processus) menu.
Click on Configure the process.
In the Renewal Stage dropdown list, select the stage that should receive renewed applications.
