Application Form

The application form is the page that candidates fill out to apply for your job offers. Its configuration allows you to define:

  • The display of your logo,

  • The fields to be completed by the candidate,

  • The contact email address in case of issues.

Logo

Add your logo by going to ADMIN > Form > Edit > Choose an image.

Displayed Fields

By default, only essential fields are requested: Resume (CV), Last Name, First Name, and Email. You can add others (mailing address, phone number, additional questions) in ADMIN > Form > Edit. 💡 To maximize the number of applications, we recommend limiting questions to what is strictly necessary.

Contact Address

The contact address allows candidates to contact you directly if they encounter a problem while applying. It is generally recommended to use a generic address such as [email protected] or [email protected].

You can set this up in the ADMIN > Form menu, under "Settings".

Application Completion Text

When a candidate has submitted their application, a message confirms that it has been successfully recorded.

You can customize this text from the ADMIN > Form menu, under "Settings". In the same section, you can also set up an automated application acknowledgment email.

Redirection Link to Your Website

Candidates will arrive at your forms from your website but also from job boards where you have posted ads. You can redirect candidates to your website after they finish applying. This helps generate traffic to your site and allows you to showcase other open positions. You can configure this option in the ADMIN > Form menu, under "Settings", by filling in the "Redirection Link" field.
