Your contract includes a specific user quota.
Creating a user: If you have not reached your quota, you can create a new user by going to ADMIN > Users and clicking the "+" button.

Managing your quota: If you have reached your quota, you can free up a seat by deactivating one of your accounts. To do this:
Go to the ADMIN > Users menu.
Edit the relevant user.
Select only the "Deactivated" (Désactivé) permission. The history of their actions will be preserved in the system.
