If your emails sent from JobAffinity sometimes end up in SPAM or fail to arrive, and you receive a response similar to:
"Undelivered: Your application. Delivery failed for these recipients or groups: [email protected]. Your message was not delivered due to an authorization or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept mail from certain senders, or another restriction may prevent its delivery. The following organization refused your message: smtpz4.laposte.net. Diagnostic information for administrators: Generation server: web1.intuitionsoftware.typhon.net. Remote Server returned '554 5.7.1 smtpz4.laposte.net #5.7.1 smtp; 550 5.7.1 SPF permanent error, please verify your SPF record."
This error can be caused by the implementation of anti-SPAM checks by the email service providers used by your email recipients. To pass this verification, the email sending servers must be authorized by your domain name.
You use Microsoft to send your emails
JobAffinity is able to use your Microsoft mail server. This way, emails sent from JobAffinity will use the same method you use every day to send emails, thus ensuring proper message reception. You use Google to send your emails
